Smith 65th Anniversary

Paul and Phyllis Smith of Bainbridge will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on May 9.

They were married in the spring of 1946, after Paul returned from serving in World War II and Phyllis graduated from Earlham College. They settled in Bainbridge, where they raised their four children, Dr. Debbie Provisor, Carolyn Webber, Brian Smith and Trent Smith. They also have eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Their children invite friends to join the couple in celebrating their anniversary on May 15 from 3-5 p.m. at the Bainbridge Community Building. They request that friends' presence and good wishes by their only gifts.
