Matthew Gibson Kennedy, 28, Coatesville: Domestic battery, criminal recklessness, driving with a suspended license, June 8, 6:24 a.m.

Connie Jean Musall, 52, Greencastle: Con-spiracy to commit theft, June 7, 7:36 p.m.

Nicholas Roberson Pritchard, 21, Greencas-tle: Public intoxication, June 8, 6 a.m.

Richard Shane Shrout, 35, Greencastle: Theft, probation violation (2 counts), June 7, 9:30 a.m.

Sheriff's Department

* June 3, 6:37 a.m.: Stephen J. Hufford, 23, Coatesville, was westbound on CR 100 North in a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado when his wheel got off the edge of the road. He was unable to regain control and hit a utility pole.

Hufford was treated for chest pain.

He was also cited for operating without financial responsibility.

Damage $5,001-$10,000.

* June 7, 11:40 a.m.: Lauralee Baugh, 67, Greencastle, had been parked in the lot on the west side of the courthouse annex in a 2005 Toyota Sienna. A 2000 Chevrolet Silverado owned by Robert and Lillian Edmondson, Cloverdale, was parked in the travel lane of the lot.

Baugh backed up, failing to see the truck, and struck the driver's side door and front fender with the left rear of her vehicle.

Damage $2,501-$5,000.

City Fire

June 7, 5:25 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident just north of 10th Street and Indianapolis Road. Cleanup of fluids. Cleared 6 p.m.

June 8, 3:53 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident with a pedestrian at 1027 Castleberry Drive. Cleared 4:16 a.m.
