Margaret 'Marge' Miller

Margaret "Marge" Miller, 73, Cloverdale, passed away on June 11, 2011 at her residence. She was born on April 1, 1938 in Greencastle and was the daughter of the late Herbert Gordon and Olas (Gardner) Hinkle.

She was a 1956 graduate of Greencastle High School. She had worked as a waitress at the Cloverdale Truck Stop for 15 years before she retired and then worked at CVS. She was a member of the Women of the Moose No. 138, Greencastle.

She is survived by her children, Deborah Gale, Cloverdale, Angie Swope, Spencer, Brian Monnett and wife Debora of Putnamville and Mike Monnett, Cloverdale; her sisters, Janice Warren, Redkey, Judie Foster and husband Dean of Ladoga, Sally Heller, Indianapolis, Joyce Bradshaw and husband Dennis of Greencastle; her brother, Herbert Hinkle and wife Marilyn of Brazil, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with Pastor Jerry Huber officiating.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery.
