City Police
Two recent traffic citations were issued by Greencastle City Police.
-- At 1:10 a.m. Friday, Bram Basinger, 21, Clinton, was ticketed by Officer Nick Eastham for passing in violation of signs and markings on a double-yellow line at Indianapolis Road and State Road 240.
-- At 10:18 p.m. Thursday, Thomas Hartnett, 33, Bloomington, was cited by Officer Eastham for 53 mph in a 30-mph zone on Bloomington Street.
