Prindle hosts event on cyber security

The Janet Prindle Institute for Ethics at DePauw University will host a free seminar on Cyber Security and the Ethics of Social Networking Thursday, Dec. 1 from 4:15-6:15 p.m.

The seminar will cover such things as ethical issues in cyber security and social networking, Internet do's and don'ts, illegal and legal downloading, as well as various other topics.

The program will consist of a 50-minute seminar presented by first-year DePauw students and an hour-long discussion facilitated by the presenters.

The event is geared toward middle school, high school and college students.

However, the community is welcome to attend.
