County meeting dates set for 2012

Meeting dates in 2012 for all Putnam County boards and commissions were set recently.

Recent changes of note are the movement of meetings of the Putnam County Commissioners and the Putnam County Council to the Putnam County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) at 1600 W. CR 225 South, Greencastle.

The County Council meetings have also had a change in start time to 6:30 p.m.

All of these meetings are open to the public.

Putnam County Commissioners

The commissioners meet on the first and third Monday of each month unless otherwise noted. All meetings are at the EOC.

Emergency Management

The Local emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) and Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Advisory Board meet every other month on the second Wednesday at the EOC. LEPC meetings begin at 9 a.m., followed by the EMA at 9:30 a.m.
