Legislative Update set Saturday at Farm Bureau office

The first Legislative Update session of 2012 is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 21, beginning at 8 a.m. in the Farm Bureau Boardroom located at 1001 N. Jackson St., Greencastle.

State Sens. Connie Lawson (R-Danville) and Richard Bray (R-Martinsville), along with District 44 State Rep. Jim Baird (R-Greencastle), will be on hand to discuss activities of the Indiana General Assembly and answer questions on legislation being presented during the current short session of the Legislature.

The session is sponsored by Putnam County Farm Bureau and is open to the public.
