Tourney Champs

The Greencastle Third Grade Indy Hoops team recently won the Third Grade Indy Hoops Championship, by defeating Avon in the final game. The team went 8-1 during the regular season and 4-0 in the tournament to claim the title. Tourney wins came over Mooresville, Zionsville, TriWest and Avon. With an overall record of 23-4, the team will compete in the State Tournament at North Central High School March 9-11. Members of the team are (front, left) Benton Parmley, Ian Frank, Brandon Glaze, Ryan Kempf (middle) Brody Whitaker, Nick Sutherlin, Cade Plew, Ethan Maier, Evan Cummings (back) Coaches Craig Whitaker, Todd Sutherlin and Steve Moses.
