Madonna R. McCullough, age 90, of Crawfordsville, formerly of Greencastle, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012.

Born Jan. 21, 1922 in Warren Township of Putnam County, she was the daughter of Herschel and Lelia M. (Shields) Rogers.

A 1940 graduate of Greencastle High School, she married Earl J. McCullough, and he preceded her in death on July 31, 1972.

Madonna had been a bank teller with First Citizens Bank for 12 years, retiring in 1983.

She was a member of the Putnamville United Methodist Church, its choir and the United Methodist Women. She was an avid card player and belonged to the Euchre Club.

Survivors include her sons, Ken (Jane Ann) McCullough of Lancaster, Pa., and Joe (Pamela) McCullough of Darlington; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sisters, Lorene Hurst and Regina Shannon; a brother, Leon Rogers; and a great grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, March 1 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Rev. Valerie Best officiating. Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from noon until time of service on Friday.
