Easter Egg Fever

Monday, April 2, 2012
Piranhas devouring a cow have nothing on the kids of Putnam County picking clean the lawn of Robe-Ann Park at the annual Easter Egg Hunt. From the sounding of the opening horn, the last egg is off the grass in less than two minutes.

Trevor Homler had a good find, beating another hunter to two eggs sitting together on the grass of the softball field.
Finding some open space amid the bedlam was Trenton Bright, who wound up with quite a collection of colorful eggs.
