Gobin back as Trust Patron

Barbara Rice (right) of Gobin Memorial United Methodist Church presents Ginger Scott, Mary Allison Home treasurer, with a check for $2,000 for the 2012 Trust Patron Sponsorship. Such sponsorships and the annual golf outing assist the board of directors with funding to the nine elementary schools to help Putnam County children who may need a touch of assistance with medical bills, school supplies, clothing and other items and services that would help a child have a better learning environment and be good citizens. The golf outing is set for July 13 at Clover Meadows Golf Course in Cloverdale with a hole-in-one contest sponsored by York Automotive, Greencastle.
