After settling in Anderson, Jayne worked with Carlyle at the Delco Remy plant in Anderson for 30 years and then retired to sunny Florida for more than 25 years.

A wonderful cook, seamstress and crafter, Jayne loved being with family at home or at the family farm in Quincy, and her nieces and nephews have many fond memories of time spent with Aunt Jayne and Uncle Carlyle at their home.

Preceded in death by her husband Carlyle Coffman, father Glen Minnick, mother Ina Minnick Evans and stepfather Rev. William June Evans, brother Danny Minnick and sister Velma Rollings, Jayne is survived by sisters Jo Cantwell of Bloomington, and Donna Evans McCarter, of Huntley, Ill.; brother Max Minnick of Spencer, and many nieces and nephews.

Jayne will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be held at Lohman Funeral Home, Daytona, Fla., on Saturday, May 19 at 11:30 a.m. (viewing at 11 a.m.), followed by internment at Daytona Memorial Park.

Condolences may be sent to the funeral home or donations made to Millgrove United Methodist Church, 11151 Millgrove Rd., Qunicy, IN 47456, or to the church or charity of choice.
