Fitzsimmons - 65th Anniversary

The children of Raymond and Barbara Fitzsimmons will host a reception in honor of the couple's 65th wedding anniversary from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, July 1 at the Christian Life Center of Washington Baptist Church, on highway 50 in Elrod, Ind.

The couple was married July 12th, 1947, at First Baptist Church in Ceres, California.

Raymond is the son of the late George and Daisy Fitzsimmons of Roachdale. He is also a graduate of Bainbridge High School.

The couple has been in Christian ministry for most of their lives. They are now retired and reside in Versailles. They have 21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend the reception. The couple request that gifts be omitted.
