CCSC to offer new registration options

Registration for the Cloverdale School Corporation 2012-13 school year is now open. This year there will be several options for registration. All will require the student's Harmony username and password .

Registration can be done online from July 16-Aug. 3. All mandatory state and corporation forms are included in the online registration.

The CHS Knoy Resource Center will be open from July 16-20 or July 30-Aug. 3 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. The Knoy lab will be open for parents of elementary, middle or high school students. Staff will be there for technical assistance.

Cloverdale will also have a booth at the Putnam County Fair, July 20-27 from 4-9 p.m. at the Industrial Tent.

Technology staff will be available to answer questions and help with registration needs.

Cloverdale Community School Corporation registration will take place on Aug. 2 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.

Principals, school nurses, guidance counselors and staff will be available to help with any questions you have concerning online registration.

People will be able to pay online again this year by using a credit or debit card.

If these times are not accessible, contact the school between 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday to make arrangements.

For parents who may qualify for free and reduced lunches and textbooks applications are available on online registration.

Cloverdale students' schedules and book fees will be available online to view starting this week. Students with schedule conflicts or questions should contact the building office to schedule an appointment with a guidance counselor.

Students must have everything completed prior to the first day of school on Monday, Aug. 13. Parents unable to pay book rental fees during the schedule time periods should contact their building secretaries prior to the first day of school to make arrangements for payment.

Principals will be in their offices from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. beginning Monday, July 30.
