Eagles place fourth in their own Invite

BRAZIL -- The Eagle Pride Golf Invite kicked off the 2012 season for the South Putnam girls' golf team Tuesday. The Eagles were the top finishing county school, placing fourth with a score of 418. Cloverdale placed sixth with a 430 and North Putnam was 10th with a score of 497.

Of the top 10 finishers, Cloverdale's Sydney Shrum finished third with a score of 80, just two strokes behind a tie for first place between Cascade's Jessica Smyth and Monrovia's Chrislyn Church.
