North Putnam blanks Owen Valley 7-0

ROACHDALE -- The North Putnam girls' soccer team were able to score five second half goals to take down Owen Valley 7-0 Tuesday at home.

Cayla Kientz led the way for the Cougars with three goals. Brooke Matthews, Megan Plessinger, Rebecca Booth and Jessalyn Harrington added one goal each.

North Putnam keeper Anna Sims recorded two saves for North Putnam Tuesday.

The Cougars will host Southmont Thursday at 5 p.m.
