Putnam County Public Library to host holiday events next week, including American Girl Doll party

Putnam County residents and their youngsters are invited to join the Putnam County Public Library for some holiday fun next week.

The library will be celebrating the holidays with a week of special events, which will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11 with a multi-generational Family Time Holiday Party.

On Wednesday, Dec. 12 an American Girl Doll Holiday Party is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. at PCPL. All local youngsters are invited to bring their favorite doll -- any doll -- for cocoa, cupcakes and a special craft.

On Thursday, Dec. 13 a holiday party for Toddler and Raising Readers will begin at 4 p.m. at the library, 103 E. Poplar St., Greencastle.
