Despite the snow and cold of recent weeks, the ambitious Zinc Mill Terrace apartment building project along State Road 240 at Tennessee Street on Greencastle's southeast side continues unfazed. Workmen from Emmert Group LLC, Brazil, have been framing up the seven buildings that will house 94 apartment units on the 7.66-acre site when complete. Developer Brad Emmert expects the $5 million project to be finished enough to allow for the first occupancy to occur in April or May. The entire construction project is expected to be completed by September, Emmert said recently.
