Bach-Hammer Engagement

Gerald and Carla Bach of Walton, Ky., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Nicole Bach, to James Wesley Hammer, son of Mark and Jeanette Hammer of Greencastle.

The bride-to-be graduated from the University of Louisville in 2010 and is a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, Ky.

The groom-to-be graduated from Greencastle High School in 2004, received his bachelor's degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2008, and received a master's from Ohio University in 2011. He is a mechanical engineer employed at GE Aviation in Cincinnati.

Heather and Jim are planning a May 25 wedding in Taylor Mill, Ky.
