Billie Jo Crabb, 65, of Reelsville, died Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Regional Hospital.

She was born Sept. 21, 1947 in Clay County, the daughter of Bill LeMay and Norma Crabb LeMay. She graduated from Brazil High School and attended Indiana Business College.

On June 18, 1967 she was united in marriage with William V. Crabb, Jr. and he survives. She was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church.

Billie Jo owned and operated "B.J.'s Pet Shop" for several years and did dog grooming. She bred and raised Bassett hounds and loved all animals.

She also enjoyed playing BINGO, especially with her dear friend Mildred. Billie was a devoted daughter, wife, mom and Nana and she always cared deeply for family.

Survivors include her mother Norma LeMay; husband William "Bill" Crabb; daughter Leandra Jo Meredith and husband Mike; grandsons, Damon B. Neumeyer and Hayden M. Meredith; granddaughter, Chole M. Unverzagt; mother-in-law, Ruby Crabb; brother-in-law, Phillip J. Crabb; sister-in-law Linda Snow and husband Tony; Tim and Chris Schurick, Terri and Max Standley and Gary and Terri Crabb along with other cousins and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill LeMay; father-in-law, William V. Crabb, Sr.; grandparents, Harley "Dutch" and Mary Maid Crabb, and Evan and Evelyn LeMay; brother-in-law, John M. Crabb.

Services will be held Saturday at 11a.m. at French Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Clearview Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4-8 p.m. and again Saturday prior to services.
