Forest E. Shumaker, 70, Largo, Fla., formerly of Indianapolis, died Tuesday. He was the son of Emmett and Mary (Finchum) Shumaker. He was employed at J.C. Penney at Castleton for 30 years. He was a member of New Testament Baptist Church in Largo, Fla., and Franklin Road Baptist Church, Indianapolis, where he served as deacon for many years and was a choir member.
