Joanne B. Kelly, 69, Brazil, died early Monday at her residence. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., she was the daughter of Raymond and Esther (Paganucci) Schneider. She married Sylvester "Tony" Kelly on July 3, 1954. They resided in Greencastle and several other towns in the Midwest during her husband's employment in the restaurant business with national chain companies. They moved to Brazil 12 years ago.
