Marie L. Albright, 95, formerly of Reelsville and Harmony, died Saturday at Hickory Creek at Sunset, Greencastle. Born in Poland, she was the daughter of William and Malinda (Schultz) Tapy. She married Wilford "Boots" Albright on July 27, 1940. She had been a post mistress of the Harmony Post Office, then later was employed at the Putnam County Library for 10 years...

Thelma Jean Witt, 78, Coatesville, died Monday at Hendricks Regional Health, Danville. Born in Putnam County, she was the daughter of Nola Bryant Carrington, and was adopted by Herman and Roxie Bryant. She was a homemaker and mother. Survivors include children Susie Stringer, Tessie Puett and Joe Witt, all of Greencastle, and Becky Snyder, Coatesville; half-brothers Norman Carrington and wife Cissi and Robert Carrington and wife Barbara, both of Greencastle; half-sister, Carol Lowe, Greencastle; nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.. ...
