Wendell R. Gibbs, 74, Greencastle, formerly of Plainfield, died Tuesday in Doctor's Hospital, McAllen, Texas. Born in Indianapolis, he was the son of Henry and Leona (Hull) Gibbs. He was a food broker for Walker Mulligan for 16 years, retiring in 1996...

BLOOMINGTON -- The Greencastle boy and girls' track and field teams took part in the Indiana University relays on Saturday after getting rained out on Friday. Andy Weatherford led the boys' team with first place finish in the 1,600-meter run with a time of 4:18.92, which is currently the fastest time in the state.
