Robert S. Foy, 59, Crawfordsville, died Saturday at his residence. Born in Crawfordsville, he was the son of Donald S. And Minnie A. (Hancock) Foy. A 1965 graduate of Crawfordsville High School, he had served in the U.S. Air Force, and 16 years in the Indiana National Guard at Crawfordsville, retiring in 1992.
