Now that summer is here and with gas prices so high, many people are resorting to driving mopeds, scooters and electric mini-motorcycles but may be unaware of the "Motorized Bicycle" law. A "Motorized Bicycle" means a two or three wheeled vehicle that is propelled by an internal combustion engine or a battery powered motor and if powered by an internal combustion engine has an engine no larger than 50-cubic centimeters (CC), automatic transmission and does not travel faster than 25 miles per hour (MPH) on a flat surface.. ...
