CRAWFORDSVILLE -- The Greencastle girls' swim team opened the season with a 92-all tie with North Montgomery Tuesday. Seniors Sara Culler and Melissa Ball recorded two wins each on the night. Culler captured the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle, while Ball won the 200 IM and the 100 freestyle. The 200 freestyle relay also picked up a win on the night...

Putnam County Jail Susan Ewing, 52, Greencastle, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 6:57 p.m. Friday for public intoxication, resisting law enforcement and violation of probation.
