Born May 17, 1931 in Brick Chapel, he was the son of John William and Bernice O'Hair Lukenbill. He married Patricia LaFollette Lukenbill on Nov. 27, 1954 and she preceded him in death on May 15, 2001.

Autopsy results pending for SP student

CUNOT -- No official cause of death has yet been determined for a South Putnam High School student who died over the weekend. Owen County Sheriff Chester Richardson confirmed Tuesday that Tyler Adams, 16, of Greencastle died early Saturday. Richardson said Adams died at a residence in the Cunot area.
