CRAWFORDSVILLE -- The Cloverdale volleyball team lost to Southmont in four games Tuesday, falling 22-25, 25-18, 25-22 and 25-13. The loss moves the Clovers to 12-12 on the season. Leading the Clovers in scoring was Mariah Oetken with seven points and one ace. Stacia Shepherd had five points and one ace, with Adri Patterson, Holly McCammon and Bradanne Toney with four points each. Taylor Jones and Bristy Skiles contributed three points as well...

Second half surge seals Tiger Cubs' fate (High School Sports ~ 10/14/10)
GREENWOOD -- Greencastle's hope of the school's first regional win came to an end Wednesday at Center Grove. The Trojans were able to score two quick second half goals to end the Tiger Cubs' season. Elementary students work to fill the bus (Local News ~ 10/14/10)
Roachdale Elementary's third and fourth grade classes were able to provide 399 non-perishable food items for North Putnam's Fill the Bus Campaign. These items will provide much needed items for local food pantries in northern Putnam County. You may continue to send in items through Nov. 17. -
Cloverdale announces Students of the Month (Local News ~ 10/14/10)
The Cloverdale School Corporation recently recognized its Students of the Month. Pictured at this week's board meeting are Cloverdale Elementary School student Makenzie Westell, Cloverdale Middle School student Jake Waycott and Cloverdale High School student Bristina Skiles. Westell enjoys dissecting owl pellets and likes to read, paint and create art projects. She participates in cheerleading team and attends tennis camp during the summer. Waycott enjoys fishing, hanging out with his friends and playing and watching sports. Skiles takes part in volleyball, basketball and track.
