The Greencastle Elks Hoop Shoot contest will be held Saturday at McAnally Center from 10 a.m to 1 p.m. Boys and girls ages 8 to 13 are welcome. Ages will be determined by April 1, 2011. GREENCASTLE -- On Saturday, DePauw captured its first outright SCAC title by defeating Austin 30-20 and moved to 9-0 on the season -- a first in the program's history. In four years, 30 seniors for the DPU program have a record of 32-7, which is a school record for most wins by a class. Robertha Wathen went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010. She was 84 years of age at the time of her death. She was born on May 22, 1926 in Indianapolis to Bernice and Albert Davis. She had one sibling, Albert Davis Jr. Mrs. Wathen married Austin Clifford Wathen Sr. and from that union there were two sons, Roger Lee and Austin Clifford Jr...
