The 15th annual North Putnam 3-on-3 basketball tournament will take place March 12. Registration for the tournament will be at 10 a.m., with games tipping off at 10:30 a.m. It will take place at North Putnam High School. Margaret L. "Maggie" Johnson, 54, Cloverdale, passed away on Feb. 21, 2011 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was born on July 24, 1956 in Greencastle. Berniece Erma Toney, 96, Greencastle passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011. She was born on Oct. 28, 1914 in Putnam County, to W. Alfred Cooper and Eva L. Cooper. In 1934, she married Andrew Lee Toney who passed away in 2001. Lee and Berniece had been the caretakers for the Allison Children's Home in Greencastle from 1962 to 1972. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Greencastle...
