Paxton Stephenson crowned Putnam County Fair Queen

The clock struck midnight on the Cinderella-themed 2011 Putnam County Fair Queen Contest and Paxton Stephenson of Fillmore was crowned the 2011 queen. Stephenson, 19, is the daughter of Aaron and Mandy Stephenson and a 2011 North Putnam graduate.

System upgrade set for July 20 at Putnam County Public Library
