County Jail A number of people have been booked into the Putnam County Jail recently. At 2:05 p.m. Michael James Vance, 21, Greencastle, was arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. At 11:50 p.m. Tonya Lynn Sanders, 51, Brazil, was held at the jail for operating while intoxicated...

The Greencastle Middle School eighth grade boys' basketball team earned a spot in the Putnam County basketball championship game with a win over South Putnam Monday.
