Joseph L. Collins, 78, of Greencastle passed away on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012. He was born in Putnam County to Arthur C. Collins and Martha Marie Frank Collins. Joe was a member of Hanna Street Baptist Church and was a longtime farmer. He had been employed with the Indiana State Highway Department for six years, the Putnam County Highway Department for three years, and had been a janitor with Harry Tran and Sons and McDonalds...
