Happier Thanksgiving

A collaborative effort between the Putnam County Senior Center and Asbury Towers has meant a happier Thanksgiving for 10 Putnam County families. Volunteers Tuesday loaded baskets with Thanksgiving meal staples to be accompanied by homemade pumpkin pies and ready-to-cook whole turkeys donated by Asbury Towers.

Housing Choice Voucher waiting list closed until March by GHA

Clovers' Toney an All-Star

Cloverdale senior Bradanne Toney played in the Indiana Senior 1A-2A All-Star volleyball match held at Perry Meridian High School recently. Toney was a member of the victorious South team, which pulled out the 2-1 win. Toney is the first Cloverdale player selected to play in the match. Gas guzzling sheriff's dept. fuel budget

High fuel costs continue to plague everyone, and the Putnam County Sheriff's Department is not exempt. Additional gas money was among several issues the Putnam County Council discussed during its Tuesday meeting.
