Charles E. Keeney, 83, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at the Putnam County Hospital. He was born in Cincinnati to Ernest Jay and Francis E. Wallace Keeney on Jan. 13, 1930. Mr. Keeney was a farmer and he opened graves at several cemeteries in surrounding communities. He was a member of the Browns Valley Christian Church. Paul H. Wichmann, 83, of Greencastle, passed away on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. He was born May 26, 1929 in Tippecanoe County, the son of Fred and Emma (Haben) Wichmann. He was a 1947 graduate of Clinton Center High School. He married Charlotte (Brackney) Wichmann on July 14, 1950 and she survives...
