The Cloverdale eighth grade football team improved to 3-0 with a 30-0 win at North Putnam on Thursday. In the seventh grade game Cloverdale lost 12-6. Eighth-graders Steven Allen Haiden Harbort-Davis both had eight solo tackles for loss, Ethan Radford returned a punt 55 yards for a touchdown, Drew Boyette threw a 70-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Kaeff late in the game and Tyce Jackson had an interception for Cloverdale...

The gradually-improving Greencastle girls' golf team was still not ready for Owen Valley on Thursday. The Tiger Cubs lost to the Patriots 201-220 at Windy Hill. Lauren Bridgewater (49) and Lokysa Scheuermann (52) led GHS with each player recording her first birdie of the season...
