Max Watts elected Putnam County Commissioner

In a caucus of the 30 Putnam County Republican precinct committeemen Saturday morning, Max Watts was chosen as the new Putnam County District 2 Commissioner. Watts was chosen from a field of seven candidates, obtaining the required majority of the 30 votes after two rounds of voting.
