The Cloverdale Clover volleyball team helped raise $688 for breast cancer awareness. Heading up the campaign this year was player Savannah Jones, who designed the t-shirt, her mother Teresa Jones and Traci Scott. During the past four years the Clovers have raised over $2,800 in the fight for a cure and this year's check will again go to the Putnam County Hospital Cancer Center. The team would like to thank all those who helped support our cause by purchasing a pink out t-shirt. Mary K. Montgomery, age 81, of Greencastle, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013 at Mill Pond Health Campus Born Feb. 21, 1932 in Kirklin, Ind., she was the daughter of Otha and Cindy L. (Holt) Mings. She married Hollis P. Montgomery and was a homemaker. Hollis preceded Mary in death on Aug. 8, 1996...
