Colleen Weatherford, a freshman at Butler University, was presented with a commemorative ring from the Greencastle High School Athletic Department prior to Wednesday's varsity boys' basketball game. Weatherford finished second in the IHSAA state finals last season. She is joined by (from left) GHS athletic director Greg Hill, high school principal Russ Hesler and her parents Ann and Dennis Weatherford. Weatherford's Bulldogs finished this cross country season at the NCAA Division I national championship meet, taking third place as a team in the highest level of collegiate cross country.
