Karen D. Cox, age 72, of Greencastle, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014. Born Sept. 25, 1941 in Roachdale, she was the daughter of Ed and Helen (Deane) Bennington and a graduate of Roachdale High School. Karen married Jerry L. Cox on July 12, 1964, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 25, 2006...

Due to inclement weather the inaugural meeting of 100 Women Who Care Putnam County has been postponed until Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 5:30 p.m. at the Inn at DePauw.
