City Police Two Putnam County residents were arrested Thursday evening when the vehicle they were traveling in was found to have been stolen from Indianapolis, Greencastle City Police reported. Arrested at 7:43 p.m. and booked into the Putnam County Jail were Frederick Buttery Jr., 39, Russellville, and Jennifer Marie Burns, 21, Greencastle.
