CLOVERDALE -- Family and friends are mourning the loss of Cloverdale resident Richard Branneman, 75, following a fatal Tuesday evening tractor accident. Putnam County law enforcement personnel were dispatched to a field off Stardust Road between Putnam Plastics and Value Market at 7:20 p.m. following a report of a lawn mower having been overturned with entrapment. However, upon arrival officials found a Ford 4000 tractor, which had been hauling a bush hog, overturned in the water...

Chris Miller, 36, Bainbridge, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014. He was born on Jan. 15, 1978 to Ed and Brenda (Young) Miller in Terre Haute. On Sept. 2, 2000 he married Tricia (Blueher) Miller. Thelma Elaine Lisby rested in the arms of Jesus as she passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 24. She is now reunited with the love of her life, Harold, who met Jesus on Nov. 1, 2012. God blessed her with 99 years of abundant life, 78 of those with Harold. A harder worker none could find. Thelma's various jobs included farmhand, cook, maid, babysitter, counselor, banker, nurse, teacher and cheerleader. She held all of these jobs as a housewife on the family farm...
