Nancy Tugwell Nanovsky, 93, of Shippenville, Pa., (formerly of Greencastle) died on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2014. Born on June 14, 1921 in Farmerville, La., she was the daughter of Dr. Egbert and Carrie Gibson Tugwell. In 1928, the family moved to Baton Rouge, where Mrs. Nanovsky was a graduate of Baton Rouge High School and attended Louisiana State University.
