He is survived by his children, Gina Carter and husband Ron, Cloverdale, Michelle Arnold, Cloverdale, Dianna Connor, Indianapolis, Emily Arnold, Indianapolis, and Kimberlee Arnold, Indianapolis; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his sister, Jane Bailey and husband Bill, Martinsville; and his brother, Ernest Arnold and wife Sue, of Gosport.. ...

Navigators at Johnson Nichols Health Clinic will again be helping consumers get health insurance coverage when the Marketplace Open Enrollment begins on Nov. 1. According to The Department of Health and Human Services more than 1,012 people in Putnam County have enrolled in a Marketplace insurance plan since the start of the Affordable Care Act in 2013.
