Catherine E. Fruhan, professor of art and art history at DePauw University since 1984, died suddenly Friday while on campus. She was 67 years old. In an email to the campus community, DePauw President Brian W. Casey noted Friday, "Catherine was beloved by students and respected among the faculty and staff for her dedication to the best principles of a liberal arts education. Five pounds of suspected marijuana found during traffic stop in Morgan County

Morgan County -- Indiana State Police Trooper Yan Dravigne of the Putnamville Post stopped a black Ford pickup for an unsafe lane movement in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 near the 52 mile marker Friday at 2:41 p.m. During conversations with the driver, Dravigne noticed possible indicators of criminal activity.
