Seven Putnam County teams are moving on to the state finals of the 2016 Indiana Academic Super Bowl. Joe E. Raab, 92, Reelsville, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Cloverleaf Healthcare in Knightsville with his sons at his side. He was born on Dec. 1, 1923 in Reelsville to the late Ira and Mary (Strobel) Raab. Joe graduated from Reelsville High School in 1941, and served his country during World War II where he earned the Purple Heart Medal in the United States Army...
