Just one year after her husband retired as a South Putnam administrator, Greencastle Community School Corporation (GCSC) Superintendent Dawn Puckett has announced her retirement. William O. "Tiny" Young, 89, of Greencastle, passed away at Putnam County Hospital at 1:55 a.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. Mr. Young was born April 15, 1927 in Washington County, Ky., to Delbert and Almeda (Ross) Young. On Oct. 16, 1947 he married Greencastle resident Marqueritte Evelyn St. Clair, who preceded him in death on May 30, 1985. He went on to marry Wanita Hathaway of Greencastle on Sept. 2, 1986; she too preceded him in death on Aug. 7, 1994...
