William O. "Tiny" Young, 89, of Greencastle, passed away at Putnam County Hospital at 1:55 a.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. Mr. Young was born April 15, 1927 in Washington County, Ky., to Delbert and Almeda (Ross) Young.
