Dale E. Detro, 79, of Greencastle, passed away on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016. Born March 21, 1937 in Putnam County, he was the son of Forest and Stella Opal (Abbott) Detro. Dale was a 1955 graduate of Bainbridge High School. Dale was the night computer operator with Peerless Pump from 1972 to 1985, the assistant director of the computer center at DePauw University from 1958-1971, and had worked with computers with Bob Jones University...
