David Paul Burns, 59, of Greencastle, passed away Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017, at his residence. David was born in Indianapolis on Feb. 9, 1958, the son of Richard Burns and Barbara Taylor. BAINBRIDGE -- After flipping his truck before dawn, a Greencastle man remained entrapped in for about an hour before he was discovered Friday morning. Fred Van Arsdale, 60, was later airlifted to an Indianapolis hospital for pelvic injuries. Lt.
